Description

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Lyft, you will lead cross-functional product initiatives for the Rideshare team, focusing on Partnerships, Loyalty, and Payments to create a unified loyalty offering. You'll drive execution from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering, product, data science, and operations teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a customer-facing product environment leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in ambiguous situations.
• Experience as an embedded TPM partnering with product engineering teams.
• Experience building roadmaps, release plans, and program plans with dependency management.
• Able to communicate technical problems to all levels and influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product initiatives from ideation through planning, execution, launch, and post-launch.
• Provide hands-on support across all phases of software development lifecycle including planning, tracking, risk mitigation, and KPI measurement.
• Partner with engineering, product, data science, design, and operations to build collaborative teams.
• Drive loyalty and retention product programs, defining success metrics and prioritizing roadmap investments.
• Lead regulatory and compliance-driven product initiatives, coordinating across legal, policy, and engineering.
