Description

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and deepen partnerships to connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll work in the field 4-5 days per week, lead meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to drive market growth.

Requirements

• Based in Burleson, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources
• Conduct field visits 4-5 days/week to meet with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform go-forward strategies
