You'll define requirements for AI systems that power a proactive chat app, working at the intersection of user needs and model capability. You'll balance quality, latency, cost, and reliability to ship reliable AI features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end AI system requirements from capability to user impact
• Translate model capabilities and evaluation results into product decisions
• Make trade-offs across quality, latency, cost, reliability, and UX
• Work with ML, backend, and mobile engineers on system design

📋 Requirements

• Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and production AI behavior
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, including LLMs
• Proven ability to work closely with senior engineers and ML teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience shipping AI-heavy consumer products
• Background as an engineer or highly technical PM
• Prior experience in zero-to-one product environments
