  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience including 3–5 years in senior HRBP role.
  • 5 years operating across North America with knowledge of US/Canada/LATAM labor laws.
  • Experience embedding People and culture into business leadership at scale.
