You'll lead the People agenda for Agoda's North America region, partnering with commercial teams to drive revenue growth. You'll balance strategic talent management with hands-on performance management, employee relations, and people operations. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced global environment with a diverse team.
π― What You'll Do
- Partner with regional leaders to shape business and people strategies.
- Deliver a People Roadmap aligned with company and local priorities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting business transformation.
- Use data insights to inform decisions and provide actionable recommendations.
π Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
- 8β10 years of progressive HR experience including 3β5 years in senior HRBP role.
- 5 years operating across North America with knowledge of US/Canada/LATAM labor laws.
- Experience embedding People and culture into business leadership at scale.
