📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior data or analytics leadership role within financial services or fintech
• Deep understanding of financial markets and instruments including trading workflows and regulatory frameworks
• Strong knowledge of AML/Compliance reporting requirements
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
