💼 About This Role

You'll own and improve core IT operational systems, including identity and access management, endpoint management, and IT service management for a distributed workforce. Your work will directly enable a nonprofit serving formerly incarcerated individuals by reducing operational friction and improving service delivery. This hybrid role in Detroit offers the chance to lead a migration to Intune and implement an ITSM platform for a mission-driven organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain SSO and MFA across SaaS applications
• Lead implementation and management of Microsoft Intune
• Establish a single source of truth for all IT assets
• Own implementation and administration of an ITSM platform

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT operations or systems engineering
• Strong experience with Entra ID / Azure AD SSO/SAML/OAuth
• Experience with endpoint management (Intune or similar)
• Experience implementing or managing an ITSM platform

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with asset management tools and reconciliation
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent operational framework knowledge
