You'll lead product counseling at a physical AI and autonomous vehicle software company, advising on novel legal issues in a high-growth environment. You'll provide practical guidance on product integrations, IP, consumer protection, and AI-related legal matters. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise Product and Engineering teams on product integrations and IP issues.
• Develop policies and processes for risk management and compliance.
• Support global commercial contracts, compliance, and IP protection.
• Collaborate with regulatory teams and external advisors on AI developments.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience with technology companies.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.
• Experience counseling software products on open source, IP, and privacy issues.

• Familiarity with machine learning, autonomy, and generative models.
• Technical background (e.g., engineering or computer science).
