💼 About This Role

You'll be a primary builder of 0-to-1 tools for AI Strategy Engineering, writing code and building intelligence models to eliminate friction across the Go-To-Market stack. You'll bridge custom quoting software and Salesforce with intelligent, agentic workflows for faster, data-backed decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines.
• Build and prototype new internal products leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Design and implement ML models for real-time sales recommendations.
• Develop backend integration between quoting engine, Salesforce, and data lakes.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend languages (Java, Go, Python).
• Practical hands-on experience deploying ML models and building with LLMs.
• Experience building or integrating with custom quoting engines or CRM internals.
• Ability to design event-driven architectures and manage data flow across systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building internal Sales Tech or Fintech tools.
• Familiarity with AWS data services (SageMaker, Lambda, SQS).
• Passion for removing human-in-the-loop friction through automation.
