💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow Clipboard's presence in your local market as a field-based market owner. You'll build relationships, sign new facility partners, and ensure existing customers succeed on our platform. This role offers uncapped commission and a clear growth path into leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new healthcare facility partners through field sales
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to deepen engagement
• Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and site visits across your territory
• Maintain clear pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as territory manager, outside sales rep, or account manager
• Skilled at managing a full book of business — prospecting, closing, and expanding accounts
• Comfortable owning results end to end with minimal oversight
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for local travel (60-80%)
