💼 About This Role

You'll manage infrastructure and construction projects at Ajax Systems, a leading European security systems manufacturer. Your work will ensure efficient implementation of changes across our locations, creating comfortable functional workspaces. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee the full project lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with local admin teams, engineers, IT, security, and procurement.
• Control contractor quality according to SLA, KPI, and technical specifications.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure project management.
• Experience coordinating project stakeholders: designers, contractors, suppliers.
• Ability to read technical documentation: blueprints, specifications, CAD files.
• Knowledge of building codes and standards: ДБН, ДСТУ, fire safety.

• Experience with CAPEX budget formation and cost control.
• Experience in tender preparation and negotiation.
