💼 About This Role

You'll implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, helping clients develop essential skills and improve their quality of life. You'll provide 1:1 direct therapy in a home setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists

📋 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification strongly preferred
• Minimum of 6 months experience with children with autism
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
