🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap with executive leadership
• Lead and develop a small senior product team
• Translate complex data-driven insights into scalable product offerings
• Drive structured product decisions using customer feedback and impact analysis

📋 Requirements

• Domain experience in energy systems (utility-scale storage, grid ops, etc.)
• Proven experience building analytics-driven products with data pipelines
• Ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders across disciplines
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with product/service boundaries

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in B2B SaaS product development
• Experience productizing service-based workflows
• 3-4 years in management consulting focused on energy/industrial domains
