You'll build and scale Tarro's data infrastructure, designing scalable pipelines for analytics and ML. Your work will directly influence product and business outcomes in a profitable, fast-paced startup. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver trusted, actionable data and establish long-term data architecture that scales with growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and evolve core data infrastructure and foundational datasets
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for analytics and ML
• Ensure data quality with audits, alerting, and anomaly detection
• Partner with PMs and engineers to deliver trusted, actionable data

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating production-grade data pipelines
• Strong understanding of scalable data modeling patterns
• Experience designing data architectures for analytics and ML
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
• Building data platforms from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
