Description

You will maintain and repair complex CNC machines for SpaceX's Starship program. This role involves troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to ensure production equipment operates reliably.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, or electrical repair/maintenance
• Ability to work 2nd shift (2:00PM-12:30AM) and overtime/weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, climb, and work at heights
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CNC machines to ensure proper operating condition
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on 5-axis mills, mill-turn, lathes
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, and control system failures
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems including ball screws and linear rails
