You'll operate the Office of the EVP, Technology Engineering and amplify the impact of technology leadership across a global Technology organization with 500+ employees. You'll translate strategy into execution, run the operating cadence, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure reliable delivery against company priorities. Success looks like a predictable operating system and sharper portfolio choices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape priorities and maintain a transparent risk decision log with the EVP.
• Run annual and quarterly planning including OKRs, capacity, and headcount.
• Champion engineering health metrics and ensure telemetry informs resourcing.
• Build and run the cadence for staff meetings, QBRs, and leadership offsites.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years in technology roles including senior levels in a 500+ employee tech org.
• Ability to evaluate technical designs across cloud, data, AI/ML, and security.
• Expert in OKR and portfolio governance with large cross-functional programs.
