Description

You will provide in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric clients, performing assessments, developing care plans, and educating patients and families to promote health and independence.

Requirements

• Current PA Physical Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from an APTA or CAAHEP accredited program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, balance, strength, etc.)
• Implement interventions for wound prevention and repair
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Document observations and interventions using electronic medical records
