You'll partner with hiring managers to attract and land top-tier engineering talent at a fast-growing SaaS startup. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close, using data to refine strategy. This role offers high impact and autonomy as you help double the engineering team.

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements
  • Source, screen, and engage top-tier technical talent
  • Build authentic relationships with candidates throughout the process
  • Use data to track and improve recruiting efforts

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and close talent
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ashby and BrightHire
  • In-house recruiting experience at a SaaS company
