You'll lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers of a configurable SaaS platform in the financial crime and compliance space. You'll translate complex customer needs into clear configuration plans, manage timelines, and coordinate across teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Translate complex customer needs into configuration plans and system setups
• Coordinate with customer success, technical, and product stakeholders

• Configure the SaaS platform for each customer use case

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert requirements into execution plans
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize
