You'll support Revenue Operations for a global payments platform, helping merchants collect payments in 40 emerging markets. You'll drive process automation and KPI reporting to improve efficiency and scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support SOX control execution and documentation
• Build and maintain core KPIs and dashboards
• Coordinate follow-ups with cross-functional teams
• Map processes and create SOPs/runbooks
• Contribute to automation of reconciliations and approvals

📋 Requirements

• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• SQL or BI literacy or willingness to learn
• AI tools and data-driven mindset
• Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory)
