You'll own end-to-end product design for a creator-powered advertising platform, shaping the experience for brands and creators. Your core impact is building the design foundation during rapid growth at a Series B startup backed by top VCs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to elevate craft and set design standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to analytics.
• Collaborate on design language, patterns, and systems.
• Work with engineering and product to shape strategy.
• Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience at design-forward companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and shipped impact.
• Expertise in Figma and UX/interaction/visual design principles.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or 0→1 product teams.

• Background in marketplace or analytics products.
• Familiarity with creator or advertising ecosystems.
