You'll drive the evolution of datastore infrastructure at Notion, serving over 100 million global users. You'll design and deliver a Datastore Platform to simplify data management and scale. You'll debug live production systems and participate in on-call rotation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive evolution of datastore infrastructure for 100M+ users
• Design and deliver a Datastore Platform for schema management and migrations
• Debug live production systems and manage failovers
• Partner with product engineers to align infrastructure with business needs

📋 Requirements

• Familiarity with large scale relational databases, distributed caches, and NoSQL systems
• Experience with AWS RDS, DynamoDB, and ElastiCache
• Systems thinking understanding tradeoffs in distributed systems
• Ownership of ambiguous problems in fast-moving environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with change data capture tools like Debezium
• Experience working closely with application developers
