💼 About This Role

You'll provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues as the primary escalation point for L1/L2 teams. You'll collaborate across teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure system stability and performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote support to clients, solving complex problems to minimize downtime.
• Act as primary escalation point for L1 and L2 support staff.
• Manage setup activities for small to medium scale deployments/projects.
• Document support-related processes and procedures (SOP).

📋 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Security Best Practices and Microsoft Security Suite.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2012-2022) and Remote Desktop Server.
• Experience with Network Infrastructure (switches, VLANs, VPN, DNS).
• Experience with Firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco) and security infrastructure.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript).
• Experience with automation tools (Roost, Ginger).
• Willingness to learn and train team members.
