• Prospect and generate new business from own and company's customer lists
• Achieve sales targets through profit, new customers, and volumes
• Coordinate with operations to resolve delays and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare shipment details, weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports
• Use internal systems like CRM for daily tasks

📋 Requirements

• College or Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years forwarding industry experience
• Chinese native speaker with good English communication
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
