💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle for global clients, balancing growth, compliance, and customer experience. You'll define risk frameworks and drive product strategy across onboarding and ongoing due diligence. This role reports directly to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for KYC/KYB flows.
• Design and improve customer journeys, verification, and risk rating frameworks.
• Partner with compliance, operations, and engineering teams to execute delivery.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working on KYC/KYB or onboarding products.
• Strong understanding of CDD, EDD, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
• Experience designing risk scoring systems or workflow tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience building platforms for both B2B and B2B2C use cases.
