You will partner with leaders on team structure and performance, navigate complex people challenges, coach managers to build accountable teams, and facilitate organizational mediation and alignment. This role requires balancing the needs of employees and management while handling sensitive situations effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles
• Strong experience in performance management, org design, and leadership coaching
• Experience handling complex employee relations and organizational challenges
• Solid understanding of Taiwan labor laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication in Mandarin and English
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Taiwan
