You will source, screen, and guide candidates for in-home positions like nannies and family assistants. Your work helps connect families with qualified caregivers, making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in client-facing roles
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating resumes and aligning talent with client needs
• Confidence conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate fit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive sourcing using multiple methods including job boards and referrals

Responsibilities

• Identify top talent using job boards, company tools, events, and referrals
• Review applications and conduct structured screening interviews
• Collaborate with Placement Counselors to match candidates with families
• Maintain accurate records of candidate skills, preferences, references, and availability
• Provide coaching on resume prep, interview best practices, and client readiness
