💼 About This Role

You'll own success outcomes for a portfolio of named accounts, driving adoption and value realization for Propel's product value management platform. You'll lead executive business reviews and collaborate with Sales to exceed expansion revenue goals. This role offers the chance to work with Fortune 500 clients in high tech, medtech, and consumer goods.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage proactively with named accounts to understand needs and align solutions.
• Conduct bi-annual executive business reviews to track strategic alignment.
• Drive product adoption and value realization post-implementation.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Product teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) software and tools.
• Proven ability to guide customers through adoption and value realization of QMS platforms.
• Experience communicating and presenting to executive-level customers.

• Experience with Salesforce platform.
• Certification in Customer Success or project management.
