Description

As a Line Lead at Carvana, you will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, oversee vehicle movement, ensure production and quality goals are met, and provide coaching and development to your team. Your role is critical in delivering a no-hassle, better car buying experience by ensuring vehicles meet rigorous standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds; stand for extended periods.
• Experience using computers.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center safely.
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Oversee day-to-day activities; identify team strengths/weaknesses.
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage assigned team.
• Lead production associates to repair or reject inventory based on cost/quality.
