Description

You will provide hands-on implementation and deployment services to Okta customers, focusing on the Auth0 platform. You'll lead multiple concurrent customer projects, gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure long-term success. This role is part of the EMEA Professional Services team and involves mentoring, collaborating with engineering, and improving delivery processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers
• Experience with identity federation protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation)
• Software development experience (Node.js, Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON)
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and one major MVC framework (Backbone, Angular, Ember, React)
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cloud architectures

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on with Auth0 customers in a post-sales role to provide consulting services
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements
• Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation
• Mentor and train customers on the Auth0 service
• Lead collaboration with Engineering and Support to address escalated issues
