💼 About This Role

You'll join a financial sector project at one of the largest banks in Ecuador, working with agile teams throughout the software lifecycle. You'll define test strategies and automate frontend and backend solutions to ensure high-quality delivery. This hybrid role in Quito offers the chance to lead testing teams and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in agile ceremonies and define acceptance criteria
• Design functional and non-functional test plans in BDD format
• Execute manual and automated tests on frontend and backend
• Implement and maintain automation frameworks and flows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a quality engineering role
• Strong experience with automation frameworks (Serenity BDD, Cucumber, Karate, Robot Framework)
• Advanced knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, K6, Rational Performance Tester)
• Advanced knowledge of security testing (OWASP ZAP)

✨ Nice to Have

• ISTQB FL/AT certification
• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of SQL databases
