Description

You will troubleshoot, maintain, service, and repair solar PV systems and associated equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role involves performing corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance, with increasing independence and complexity based on your level.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge (Level I)
• 1+ years power plant or solar O&M experience (Level II)
• 4+ years PV solar experience (Level III)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair solar PV systems and equipment
• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance
• Operate and maintain electrical and mechanical power plant systems
• Prepare and implement switching and clearance orders
• Complete work orders and documentation for maintenance management
