You'll execute and optimize hiPSC differentiation protocols to generate target cell types for novel cell therapy programs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to advance protocol and platform development through high-throughput experiments. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and optimize stepwise hiPSC differentiation protocols
• Maintain transparent, reproducible records in Benchling ELN
• Characterize differentiated cell populations via immunofluorescence, flow cytometry
• Troubleshoot assay or protocol challenges with initiative
• Analyze experimental data using reproducible workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on hiPSC culture and differentiation in biotech industry
• Bachelor's in Biology or related field
• Demonstrated ownership of stepwise directed differentiation protocols across multiple lineages
• Proven success optimizing and scaling protocols for production-scale experiments

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Biology with 3+ years experience
• Experience with Benchling or equivalent ELN
• Background in startup biotech environment
