💼 About This Role

You'll enhance and expand the Gearset platform, working in small engineering teams that own their stack end-to-end. You'll directly impact what we build and how we build it, collaborating with customers and partners to solve pressing problems. You'll have access to leading LLMs and AI development tools in a collaborative culture that values continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build new features end-to-end
• Engage directly with users to understand challenges and gather feedback
• Shape development best practices and drive technical excellence
• Collaborate with the team to enhance and expand the platform

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience as a full-stack engineer
• Experience working directly with customers
• Pragmatic approach prioritising iteration and delivering value
• Passion for learning and giving/receiving constructive feedback

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Expertise with an OOP language (e.g., Java, C++) and a modern JS framework
• Proficiency in a distributed cloud hosted product with rapid release cycles
