Description

You will build products covering the full patient lifecycle, from discovery to ongoing care management, and drive projects from brainstorming through rollout and iteration. Collaborate with engineers, PMs, designers, and stakeholders to enhance existing products and bring new ones to life.

Requirements

• 6+ years building scalable engineering solutions across the stack (consumer-facing startup preferred)
• Expert-level production experience in Django/DRF and React/Next.js or similar
• Experience working with non-engineering stakeholders to align technical decisions with business value
• Proactive ownership mindset over the full development lifecycle
• Interest and experience in coaching/mentoring junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Craft scalable, flexible code balancing speed and scalability
• Contribute to and influence engineering processes, culture, and practices
• Analyze complex technical problems and architect elegant solutions
• Review code and collaborate on technical decisions
