🎯 What You'll Do

• Design next-generation scalability solutions for throughput and execution
• Lead protocol initiatives on PBS, MEV mitigation, and transaction ordering
• Develop parallelized transaction execution in EVM-based environments
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure components

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong Golang proficiency and experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth or similar
• Proven track record of architecting high-performance production systems
