💼 About This Role

You'll join Okta's Global Presales team as a trusted advisor helping customers unlock the full potential of Okta's Identity Platform. Deliver strategic presentations, product demos, and technical guidance while influencing product direction through field insights. This customer-facing role allows you to shape identity-driven digital transformation for enterprise clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver interactive presentations and custom product demonstrations
• Lead deep technical discovery sessions for prospective customers
• Design, build, and execute well-defined, outcome-focused POCs
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to Solutions Engineering teams
• Represent Okta as a thought leader at industry events and webinars

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of presales or customer-facing experience
• 3+ years with CIAM projects
• 8+ years of development experience with identity services integration
• Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)

✨ Nice to Have

• Full-stack web application development experience
• Mobile (iOS, Android) development
• Expertise in AI-driven customer experience integration with Auth0
