💼 About This Role

You'll provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and young adults at Blackbird Health. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for children and young adults.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage medications.
• Monitor patient progress against care goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with therapists and healthcare professionals for integrated care.

📋 Requirements

• PMHNP-BC certification and master's degree from accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure.
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, DEA license, and prescriptive authority.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
