You'll lead the onboarding of new Marine clients onto Storable's platform, managing up to 15+ implementations per month. You'll handle data imports, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth transition for customers. This role stands out for its focus on customer success in the marine industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding for 15+ new clients monthly
• Import, organize, and merge client data batches
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues via phone and email
• Advise clients on product usage and best practices

📋 Requirements

• Expert in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, and/or PowerQuery
• 3 years experience on an implementation team or as CSM
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to analyze financial ledgers and perform calculations
