You'll lead a customer success team in a SaaS environment, driving retention and growth for a global leader in legal, risk, and compliance software. You will develop scalable programs and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize customer lifetime value. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of 6-10 customer success managers.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies and programs.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and analyze feedback to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Oversee customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and advocacy.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-7 years in a SaaS environment leading a Customer Success Team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Analytical and data-driven analysis to optimize renewals and churn.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Gainsight, Totango, or similar CS platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in leading both named portfolio and team-based customer success.
