You'll lead a customer success team in a SaaS environment, driving retention and growth for a global leader in legal, risk, and compliance software. You will develop scalable programs and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize customer lifetime value. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 6-10 customer success managers.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies and programs.
- Monitor customer health metrics and analyze feedback to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Oversee customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and advocacy.
๐ Requirements
- 5-7 years in a SaaS environment leading a Customer Success Team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Analytical and data-driven analysis to optimize renewals and churn.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Gainsight, Totango, or similar CS platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in leading both named portfolio and team-based customer success.
