• Advise and support implementation of Levelpath for customers
• Build relationships with key business stakeholders
• Develop best practice guides and product documentation
• Drive customer health via adoption metrics

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing/customer-management role
• B2B SaaS experience in a fast-paced environment
• BA or BS degree
