Description

As a Design Architect at AppViewX, you will design solutions for customers' cryptographic asset management, including PKI, SSH keys, and API keys, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer onboarding and adoption. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor, running adoption workshops and providing feedback to improve the product.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in a technical architectural design role
• Minimum 4 years in customer-facing technical role, preferably post-sales SaaS
• Domain knowledge of PKI, SSH, DNS, Active Directory, ADCS, CRL, OCSP
• Experience with certificate lifecycle management and PKI implementation
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux/Windows server, Apache, IIS, load balancers

Responsibilities

• Design AppViewX solutions for customers' cryptographic asset management (PKI, SSH keys, API keys)
• Collaborate with architects, solution engineers, and customers to design onboarding solutions
• Run adoption workshops to coach customers on product usage and best practices
• Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy
• Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements
