You'll support internal operations and technical infrastructure for a healthcare tech company. You'll handle IT support tickets, manage user access across cloud environments, and contribute to systems administration. This role offers growth across identity management and IT operations in a healthcare setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound IT support tickets for laptops and software.
• Manage device lifecycle: procurement, imaging, deployment.
• Provision and deprovision user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer access control, MFA, and troubleshoot authentication.
• Log and track support requests using Jira Service Manager.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT experience (help desk or sys admin).
• Proficiency with Jira Service Manager or similar ticketing.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 administration.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools or scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with Claude Code or other AI coding tools.
• Prior experience in healthcare or compliance-heavy environment.
