You will take ownership of complex sales order management, exercising independent judgment to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the order lifecycle. You will drive process improvements, support cross-functional initiatives, and enhance order administration capabilities to scale with business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in sales order administration or order management, preferably in technology or manufacturing
• Demonstrated expertise in managing complex sales orders with custom configurations and pricing models
• Proficiency in order management systems or ERP software, with Salesforce or CRM experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage complex sales order processing, including custom configurations, special pricing, and contract terms
• Resolve order-related issues cross-functionally with sales, finance, and logistics
• Serve as subject matter expert on order management systems and processes
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Lead training initiatives and generate ad-hoc reports on order processing metrics
