🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to provide technical direction and improve backlogs.
• Drive engineering best practices including paired programming, TDD, CI/CD, and Agile.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs using Java Spring Boot.
• Contribute to distributed systems and microservices architecture.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, backend development, or distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and cloud microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, AI agents, LLM orchestration, or RAG.
• Solid understanding of web and API security standards including OAuth, OWASP, OpenID, and SAML.
