💼 About This Role

You'll drive adoption, retention, and expansion for enterprise customers using Tonkean's no-code process automation platform. You'll build deep relationships with executive stakeholders and influence the evolution of our CS model in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion in enterprise customer portfolio
• Develop customer lifecycle strategies with milestones for value realization
• Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and expansions
• Serve as voice of customer to product team for roadmap feedback

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success or customer-facing role in enterprise SaaS
• Proven ability to translate strategies into measurable outcomes
• Deep sense of empathy and curiosity in solving complex customer problems
• Executive presence with excellent communication skills
