You'll lead data-driven partnership strategy for the creative data company Vidmob, growing key monetization pillars across adtech. You'll build a partnership function from scratch at a growth-stage company, closing high-impact deals with major platforms and DSPs. This team-of-one role is ideal for a serial startup operator who thrives in white space.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Inform partner management strategy and modernize partner processes
- Lead full-cycle partner relationships from engagement to launch
- Identify market need, revenue opportunity, and strategy for partnerships
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders across revenue, product, and operations
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years of business development in digital advertising
- Experience building a partnerships function at early/growth-stage company
- Seniority to close deals with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers
- Meaningful data partnerships experience with third-party data or clean room solutions

- Strong relationships with target partners (DSPs, data platforms)
- Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights
- Fluency in data-driven advertising and demand-side landscape
