🎯 What You'll Do

• Design weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms
• Automate business, finance, and revenue operations using HubSpot and Rippling
• Scale people operations including hiring pipelines and onboarding

📋 Requirements

• Ownership of operations at a Seed or Series A startup
• Deep technical proficiency in automation and system architecture
• Exceptional reliability and precision in high-pressure environments
