You'll monitor critical company services and respond to major incidents for a fintech company. You'll coordinate cross-team resolution and ensure customer communication. This role offers relocation support to several hubs and flexible remote work.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Monitor health of critical company services and infrastructure
- Respond to major incidents: classify, prioritize, escalate
- Coordinate actions across multiple teams for incident resolution
- Organize post-incident recovery actions and customer communication
📋 Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in 24/7 support or monitoring roles
- Understanding of large-scale IT systems operation and interaction
- Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with ITSM systems
- Experience with Grafana, ELK, or Kibana
- Experience building monitoring functions and dashboards
