You'll monitor critical company services and respond to major incidents for a fintech company. You'll coordinate cross-team resolution and ensure customer communication. This role offers relocation support to several hubs and flexible remote work.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor health of critical company services and infrastructure
  • Respond to major incidents: classify, prioritize, escalate
  • Coordinate actions across multiple teams for incident resolution
  • Organize post-incident recovery actions and customer communication

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in 24/7 support or monitoring roles
  • Understanding of large-scale IT systems operation and interaction
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with ITSM systems
  • Experience with Grafana, ELK, or Kibana
  • Experience building monitoring functions and dashboards
