You'll operationalize Reflection AI's compliance roadmap into audit-ready capabilities, working at the frontier of AI governance. Your core impact is embedding compliance into the model development lifecycle, ensuring regulatory readiness for EU AI Act and SOC 2/ISO/NIST frameworks. You'll build governance systems from scratch alongside a world-class AI research team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct hands-on compliance assessments and evidence capture.
• Own pre-deployment compliance reviews and attestations.
• Operationalize compliance-as-code with automated release gates.
• Drive remediation tracking on identified control gaps.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in compliance, AI governance, or risk.
• Experience translating regulations into operational controls.
• Strong familiarity with GDPR and SOC 2/ISO/NIST frameworks.
• Ability to work directly with engineering and research teams.
