You'll join MoonPay's Data Science team to shape product strategy for the customer onboarding journey, combining deep analysis and experimentation. Your core impact will be enabling teams to make better, faster decisions through trusted insights and scalable data products. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and strategy, influencing high-impact financial and crypto products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities for product improvements and customer safety.
• Define KPIs, design tracking, and monitor product launches.
• Oversee and implement A/B tests to drive optimization.
• Build and scale data products like dashboards and reports.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience as a data scientist or data analyst in product.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and data visualization skills.
• Experience conducting large-scale A/B tests.
• Cross-functional experience with product and operations teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker, Python.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups.
